Rhonda stopped her car by an alleyway, she made sure it was covered by a tarp. She didn't want her ride to both be stolen, and her being identified going behind the chief's back. Still, she had to do this to regain her credibility in the force, loosing to these villains gave a bad name to her unit. Stretching her hand upwards, Rhonda followed it like a dart. Slings shooting herself up to the top of a building.She started low on her list of ner'do'wells.
"The Balloonist Thief: Pneumatique" Rhonda, now in her "Rubbermaid" persona, said. Another villain she had, somewhat, close ties to.
Many thought of her as another "Polymer-born", like Rhonda or Cassandra. Do to the fact she exhibited many of their signs, like: physically hard to hurt skin, rubber body, and increased flexibility. But one thing that confirmed Pneumatique to being one of them: her ability to expand!
Many scientists noted of a giant blimp floating over their buildings, and the next thing they knew, their prototypes were gone! Thought at first to be a strange pattern, before video evidence showed the blimp shrinking down into a small, svelte figure. The police have yet to get a lead on her, but Rhonda's intuition lead her to understand where she would be next!
