Yes, but you won't like it.

"Mom, we've got to help John," Hayley insisted. "Now, what is it?"

"In order to keep John from becoming a girl," Mom answered, "one of his sisters must become a boy."

"What?"

"I told you you wouldn't like it. As I said, this has happened before. One of your aunts began as my older brother. Back then, we didn't know how to reverse it, and I don't think I'd do it if I knew."

"A boy." Hayley sat down. "Whoever did it would lose her magic forever."

"That's what Elvira said, Hayley. I still say that it might be best for this to run its course. However, if you or one of your sisters will make this sacrifice for John, I won't stand in the way."
