Suddenly all the noise from outside returns and hits you like a sack of bricks. Especially the maniacal laughter and the weird hissing voice: "The mighty X-Men, once again in my grasp. Powerless to stop me from the poison you ingested, without knowing. Put the collars on them boys and take them away. You remember those from Genosha don't you dear storm." Another cackle and Colossus starts moving away from it. After a while he suddenly is pushed on his knees and scrambles up.
"This is bad, comrades." He says. And suddenly you realise that this is not only bad for them, but also for you. Colossus knows nothing of your predicament and proves it by sitting down on top of you. You wonder if you can do anything. Suddenly you remember the picture of the red-haired woman. Jean Grey or something. You wonder if her powers are also blocked. But you have no choice but try.
You picture the face in your mind and reach out. "Yes?" You hear a woman say out loud. "Wait, who was that?" A lot of voices answer that no-one said anything. You reach out again, "there it is again." Another voice says "Is it the professor?" She answers "I don't think so"
'Pavel!' you think the name as clear as you can. And you hear her say "Pa... Vel?" Colossus jumps up. "Little comrade? He speaks to you" another male answers, "you know this Pavel?" But Colossus ignores him, "where is he?" You sent a mental picture of Colossus and hear her say. "I get an image of you." Colossus cringes. "Please turn around friends, I must find him. And a minute later he starts feeling around and finds you stuck to his ass. And he scrapes you off. "Little comrade" As soon as you are freed, you will your body to reform. And as you pop-up in his hand you see a lot of faces looking down at you. You take a deep breath. "Hello everyone, I am Pavel and I accidentally got caught up with my friend here. You see a mean looking old man lean in. "Wait, was this guy in that package?" Colossus answers, "Da. He is mutant like us. Professor wanted you to meet him later, but now he is here." A man with a red visor looks at you. "And he has his powers, what can he do?" You look up, "I am tiny, I can survive being squashed and I have some telepathic ability according to the professor. But that's about it."
The red-haired woman leans in, "can you contact the professor?" You try but feel like there's nothing but blank space outside of the prison. So you shake your head. "He's not there." The man with the visor is apparently the leader as he leans in and says. "Okay, so that doesn't work. We need to get out of here ourselves. The only way to do that is for you to l either open the door, or get the key for these collars. We have no choice but to send you out there and hope you pull through for us."
A dark-skinned woman with white hair steps up. "Cyclops, he is just a little boy, you can not send him out alone." Colossus nods "Da, it's too dangerous." Cyclops shakes his head, "there is no other way."
