Bladder

"Let's go here!" Cream said, pointing to Vanilla's bladder. Tails flew the ship into one of the passages in the heart leading to it, and once through, they were greeted with a pool of yellow liquid, slowly filling upward.

"This is the bladder, Cream," Tails began explaining. "What it is used for is storing unwanted substances which have been turned into urine by the two kidneys, although it's temporary because of the fact that we use the bathroom."

Cream asked him something, "Wait, are you saying this stuff is what comes out of our...here?" she said, pointing to her frontal area. Tails said yes, and asked her if she want's to stay in the bladder, or if she wants to see the kidneys...unless she wants to know where the exit is.
