James then was feeling woozy again. He knew it was because of the syringe's content that was now running inside his veins. Ricky soon realized his boyfriend was not in his normal cocky state and began to worry.
"Jamie, are you ok?" The skinny boy asked placing his hand upon his man's forehead.
"I don't think so..." The muscular singer replied, so Ricky thought it would be better to take James to the hospital. After insisting a lot, James ended up agreeing with his boyfriend and they left the apartment.
At the hospital, the doctor asked for some exams and a blood test. Ricky and James were waiting in the room for the doctor to be back with the results so Ricky could care for his man. Soon, they heard the door opening and Dr. Michaels coming inside with a few folders in his hands.
"Alright, let's find out what's happening, Mr. Diamond." He said looking through the papers and when his expressions suddenly changed, Ricky knew something was wrong. "That's not possible..."
"What is it doctor?" Ricky asked worried for James health.
"I've never seen it before, but I know there were a couple of cases back in the 19th century. Mr. Diamond, I have reasons to believe you have a very rare disease. You see, you have what we call extreme muscularity syndrome. Your testosterone levels are 20 times above the average and your muscular density is 8 times higher than it should be. But the worst part is that those numbers are getting bigger as we speak."
"What does that mean?" asked James.
"If I am right, the high levels of testosterone along with the growing muscle density combined will make your muscles grow randomly. Unfortunatelly, it has no cure."
James didn't want to admit it, but he was thrilled with the idea of growing bigger than he already was. He always dreamed of being the most muscular man in the whole world and ousize the others and make Ricky horny by just looking at how big he was.
And after making love with his boyfriend over and over that night, James woke up the next moring and discovered
