After James was back from the studio, he took the package to a lab and they ran a few tests to determinate the substances inside them and what effect it would have on him.

"Mr. Diamond, the syringes' effects are pretty simple. People use them to have bigger genitalia and some of them like to the amount of testosterone his own testicles would produce to lift heavier weights and grow their muscles. Others prefer to use it to have a higher self esteem and enjoy the sexual life they didn't have before thanks to their below average size."
