Hermione screamed, accidentally splashing Harry with her potion. His vision began to blur, and eventually turned to black,with Hermione's voice fading with the darkness.When he awoke, he was in the hospital wing. That was not his main concern, as his body seemed to have taken the form of Hermione herself. This realization was met with shock, which had still not abated by the next morning. Hermione then visited after morning lessons, and explained that the potion made the drinker look like the server. Similar to polyjuice, but this change was permanent. Harry was still in shock, and soon after Hermione left, began to feel desperate to eat something to calm "her" down.
