He decides it is best to get his friends as wit...

For a change it was Harry who raced through his dinner in the Great Hall. Although Ron wasn't much slower. Hermione however, ate at her usual pace, with a look of vague disappointment at the boys.

She was just as eager, with Harry's story of the mirror. Ron didn't seem especially curious, after all he'd seen the last magic mirror that the boys had discovered. She also wondered if these things were just less interesting to those born into magical families.

As she put down her glass, washing away the last of her dessert. The boys were already half out of their seats.

But soon they were following Harry as he tried to find that room, and that mirror.

She had to give a stern cough, to stop them racing ahead, their enthusiasm exceeding their manners.

However, when she saw the excitement on Harry's face, she knew that he was sure he'd found the room.

Like an entertainer, he bowed with a flourish, and opened the door, with a sweeping wave, he gestured them into the room.

The footprints in the dust, and the uncovered mirror identified it to Ron and Hermione.

With a furtive glance, Harry checked nobody was watching, and closed the door behind himself, joining his friends at the mirror.
