Oculous began to grow as the incredible energy of the growth ray spread to every cell in Oculous' body.
The spider pulsed twice as big. It was now half as big as Mr. Tiggles. It pulse again it was now the same size
"Master, master you've been shrunk. Should I find your growth ray," ask Oculous.
Oculous then surges in size again, now half a foot fall.
"Oh, yours growing me Lord Tiggles. Also I just realised I can talk now. Thank you now I can give you a proper hug," say Oculous as he picked the Hedgehog upper between his front legs and his pedipalps. He went and gave Tiggles a hug so big that if anything less fluffy had did it would have proved fatal.
Whilst hugging the spider continues to grow. A foot is reached and then 2. At four foot tall the hedgehog is smaller then the spiders huge central pair of eyes. It has one more pulse of growth to 8 feet fall. The truck sized spider continues to huge the hedge, its fluffy spiders airs squeezing every nerve on its surface. Each one set wave after wave of poor joy flooding into the hedgehogs brains. Even humming "I'll spike you" the favourite of all his villain songs didn't create enough raw hatred to balance the huggyness and Mr. Tiggles fainted from sheer Happiness.
Mr. Tiggles then had one of his favourite dreams, the ones were he rolls in a planet sized ball and pinballs his way across the cosmos, destroying planets, making suns go nova, bashing black holes through whole solar systems and other fun stuff.
Oculous would have been perfectly happy continuing the hug until the masters meeting with Mr. Bonbon the evil Belgiumish chocolatier in two hours but...
