During a battle between the witch Charlotte in episode 3, Mami fought with all of her might, but she got arrogant and got her head bitten off. Madoka and Sayaka were frighten by the sight until Homura came and saved the day. With Charlotte defeated, Homura tries to find what is left of Mami. After some searching, Homura found...
