In the freezer part of a meat shipping truck

You see this sitting there in the parking lot. Megan, "Don't worry I kept it nice and cold for you." As soon as the doors were open cold air rushed out. Megan, "Get in." She sees Tim's hesitation. Megan, "Get in now or I will make this trip more unpleasant." Tim got in and Megan followed. Tim saw chains linked to the floor and the roof. Megan locked Tim into the four chains facing towards the back. Then she gagged him with a ball gag. Megan, "Don't worry I have only put the temperature down to forty degrees, you'll survive, plus its only about a half an hour trip." She closed the door leaving Tim in total darkness. Tim heard a padlock locking him in. Then seconds later the truck started up along with the part that keeps the freezer part cold, blasting Tim with forty degree air constantly until the whole room felt the same frigid temp.

The truck ride was relativity smooth. Then the truck stopped and was turned off. A little light came in through the door and Tim saw...
