It turns out for some unknown reason, you're in the Rugrats universe and its episode Naked Tommy, as Tommy Phil and Lil were standing around in the playpen bare butt naked until they noticed a different kind of rugrat who was also in their playpen and bare butt naked as well mainly you.
"I wonder who this new kid is?" Tommy asked.
"Beats me but he seems different than everyone else." Phil answered.
"I think he's kind of cute." Lil replied.
"OK since you all want to know more about me, you see I'm not from around here as I am from another dimension and besides that we're all about to transform into that of huge fat fictional rugrat cartoon animals." You explained.
Soon enough you and the other rugrats that are in the playpen started transforming into that of huge fat cartoon rugrat animals while you were all gaining massive amounts of weight until it all stopped.
Now it seems that you've transformed into a coyote from Sega's Sonic the hedgehog the animated series, Tommy transformed into a bear and both Phil and Lil were a pair of skunk twins.
"What are we going to do since we're animals?" Tommy asked.
