She sneezes

"Big and Wi-- Wid-... A-CHOOO!" Sweetie Belle sneezed, causing the bolt of magic to dart all around the place until it hit Sweetie Belle.
"Whoof, what a bad shot... wait, my belly feels weird..." Sweetie stated, then she notices she's actually growing fatter!
"Wait wait wait, uh... is there a way to reverse this?" Sweetie pondered, looking around for her Spellbook.
But the minute she found it, it was lost under her flab. She was unable to pick it up, and she was going to have to wait until it stopped naturally.
