You were still curious about the half mother, but didn't want to seem suspicious. So, you tried to stay discreet.

"So, how'd you like the movie?" asked the half-mother, crouching down to eye level with her daughter.

"I loved it! Thanks for taking me, mommy."

"Aw, I'm glad. I was pleasantly surprised myself."

It had been a bit over an hour and a half since you cut the mother in half, and you were still amazed at what she could do. Even with one leg, she didn't really need any support to avoid falling over.

"Now, I arranged to meet up with Melissa and left-mom by 3:30. Would you like to do something in the meantime, or shall we skip to meeting back up?"

Kelly thought about it for a moment, and then said...
