While browsing the food court for a suitable test subject, you saw a suitable choice in a group of three college girls waiting in line for some burgers from The Burgerois. You went in line behind them and awaited for the perfect moment to freeze time.
"...And then I said, 'those shoes make you look fat', and she was like, 'oh no you didn't!' and I said, 'Oh yah I did!' and we laughed for a while. God, I hate her." said the tallest of the group.
"Wow! I can't believe she'd do something like that," said the shortest.
"I'm totally going to unfriend her," said the other one. It was then that they got to the front of the line and ordered three heart-attack burgers, which you found odd as they were all skinny as twigs.
You ordered a small order of fries and followed closely behind the group of girls as they went to sit down. You kept them in your peripherals as you pondered what to do to them. You then heard one of the girls say, "Okay, nobody's looking, time to eat." Of course, hearing this you immediately turned your head to look, and saw a sight you didn't expect.
All three of the girls had removed their heads and were stuffing their faces with their burgers and fries. Their necks were still on their bodies, and were completely covered in skin, as if a head had never been attached. It took you a moment to process this, and were even more confused than ever. You checked your backpack, and saw that the laser katana was still where you had left it, so clearly you hadn't done this.
Immediately, you went up to the group of girls. They were shocked to see somebody saw them without their heads, but they were too busy stuffing their faces to care. You sat down at their table, and waited for them to finish eating. When they had finished, they placed their heads back on their necks, and they attached again. "So, you know our secret now," said the tallest. She clearly was the leader of the other two.
"Yah, but I don't really care, I just want to know how this happened to you."
"Oh," the tallest said, shocked at your response to the impossibility of their situation, "Well, ...
