Looking at the grass around you, you realize that you are probably around a quarter of an inch tall. You are far smaller than you realized after walking underneath the fence and in your parent’s backyard. The entire idea of surviving in this immense jungle seems almost impossible at such a tiny size. Bugs, birds, other animals. . everything makes a challenging foe. Just hiding seems kind of boring too.
You decide to take a different approach.
Cheat.
After walking through the grass for a couple of hours, you made your way over towards the patio area. There, a new jungle appeared for miles and miles. . cement. Making your way over towards the side of the cement, you saw a large circular tubing systems spiraling upward and onto the cement jungle. It was your garden hose.
This would work out nicely.
You could set up a base camp near the side of the house. Your family regularly had picnics and other outdoor cooking events which you could forage food from. You’d have a water supply from the hose system. During the winter when things start to get colder, you could temporarily build a shelter inside using the holes into the house. Then, once things warmed up, you could go back and live outside again.
It would be perfect.
The main problem with your original plan was just how much scavenging, fighting, and fleeing you’d have to do. With this, you could enjoy everything at your small size, while being regularly comfortable. The only downside would be with the shrink gun so far away, it would be hard to retrieve the gun. Realistically too. . . somebody would find the gun. Then, it might be a cause for investigation.
Still, for now, everything was okay.
After another hour, you finally made your way up and onto the patio. Utilizing some grass and shredding some of it to use as rope, you set up a very tiny base camp. By now, it was late, so you sat down and relaxed under the stars. By next morning, you were able to get up somewhat refreshed and ready for whatever your new life would throw at you.
