Chapter #13

The water's fine

The woman's walking continued and you had a death grip on her foot now that you were stuck here. You closed your eyes the entire time and you wanted to wait until she stopped her walking to make your next move. After a while her stomping finally stopped and you looked up to see what was going on.

The woman was holding Ashley's hand and she brought her daughter over to someone. "Honey, can you watch Ashley I'll be right back", the woman said up to the other giant who you assumed was her husband and Ashley's father. You could even see that the boy that was making sand castles with Ashley was here as well, the family was all together. "Got it Babe", the giant father said before getting hold of his daughter's hand and your ride began to move again.

"Why did I just sit there", you cursed yourself before closing your eyes again to wait for this woman to stop again. She made her way out of the shop and began walking toward the shore. She again stopped walking and when you opened your eyes you saw where she was. You began to wonder why was she down by the water. You question was question was quickly answered as she slipped the foot that you were not on, out of her sandal.

She took her foot and splashed it around in the water to clean off some of the dirt that made its way onto her sole. She inspected the underside of her foot and then slipped it back into her sandal. That was when you realized that you were next. She slid the foot that you were on out of her sandal and you braced for impact.
