For now you decide it is best to stay awake and keep a look out. Your location, somewhat deep in the huge cats maw hidden well between its teeth, may be relatively safe, but nonetheless a lot could happen bringing you to your doom. It would merely take you being asleep as the cat takes a sip of water for your journey to end by being washed down the throat into the stomach.
Comfort wise you could easily prefer different spots, but you didn't go on a tiny survival trip for comfort and this sure made a unique survival path so far. Inside here, albeit at the mercy of the warm breath and the ways the cat may use its mouth, you are mostly safe and shielded from weather and most dangers other than the cats actions. Most of those actions should easily be safe if you are paying attention and hold onto the teeth. And as trade off you have a easy supply of food that refreshes each time the cat chows down and both from what the cat may drink and its saliva you yourself have something to drink handy too. Of course it is decently nasty to think about...but survival usually requires such trade offs.
You could sleep whenever the cat naps, which you could try to tell from her breathing and whilst that isn't the case you stay alert to whatever the cat does. With how often cats do nap you also should find plenty time to explore the new gained cat-maw-territory a bit and scavenge through whatever there is. Especially after play and such you can imagine there may be string leftovers and other such useful things you could find, after grooming perhaps bits of her hair you could use. Perhaps this could make a good spot for a bit at least set up camp, as far as the area may allow.
Suddenly everything starts to rumble, the entire cat seemingly vibrating at a undeniably oddly enough somewhat soothing frequency. After a short moment it's clear to you, Luna is purring! Slowly it again dies down, gravity occasionally shifting lightly as it already had all the time from what most likely are the cats movements. Hard to say what caused the purring from inside, perhaps she got some scritches? Was she just generally comfortable? You'll probably never know.
Quickly, at first comparatively to the insides blindingly bright, light seeps into the dark and moist cavern as her maw starts opening suddenly, revealing...
