The world goes black, and weight and heat press down upon you, the boy's power driving you down into the sand. Yet you are not crushed, the boulders beneath you having enough give to make way for the titan, even as they scrape furiously at you.

Not pleasant, no, and not infinitely survivable. You'll have to take some action here.
