Of these three demographics, it is the teenage group that you predict will be most likely to have some form of power source.They're always with their devices these days, yeah?
So, to the right you go, skirting the walls and beholding the immensity of these beings. At quarter of an inch tall, you have to crane back quite a way to see much of them, but what you do see you like: already, many of them are bent over their mobile devices, gaming or checking out social media while they wait for their meals.
Another interesting sight is the sparkly hats that adorn the heads of many of the teens, and the centrally seated girl - central of the five present at this table - has a shiny button badge declaring it to be her birthday.
That explains the presence of these rich giants, and does make things slightly more difficult. This table, home to the star of the party, will be subject to more scrutiny than the others, and with that comes an increased chance that one of these people will spot you.
Given that, maybe you should move on to the next table, where the adults sit? They won't be quite so observant, at least.
If you do choose to stay here, what's the plan? You could focus entirely on power, climbing up to get at the pockets of these beings to root through for materials, but once you're so loaded down, getting food will be more difficult. You could instead choose to get into position to be ready for the incoming food, get some of THAT first and then get the power on the way down.
Then again... looking past the feet of these titans, you can see some wiring. Of course, why else would they be at this table, but to be near a power socket where they could plug in their chargers! Looks like one is there right now, although it stands behind the twin dangers of passing all these shoes and being right in the open on an object that at least one person will soon look at and pick up.
A final option might be to delay on the food and power front for the time being, and see what building materials you can gather from what lies around here at your current level on the floor - pass time until an opportunity presents itself and react appropriately.
