"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!?" Lucy screamed, nearly deafening you. "WHY IS THERE ANOTHER HEAD ON ME!?"
Summoned by Lucy's screams, the doctors rushed into the room, trying to calm her down and explain the situation. From all the shouting and people yelling over each other, Alfred could only understand small bits of the conversation/argument. From what he could gather, Lucy thought she was only signed up to be an organ donor (something she signed up for years ago when she got her drivers license.) She did not understand that she was eligible to donate all of her organs even while she was still alive. She demanded for the head to be removed, but to no avail: Not only would Alfred die (thus getting her charged with murder), but the procedure could potentially kill her as well.
Upon hearing the news, Lucy asked to be left alone, though Alfred knew she would never truly be alone ever again. Alfred knew that Lucy was trying to come to terms with the same thing that had just occurred to him: that no matter what they did, what they felt or what they wanted, that they would be stuck together for the rest of their lives. Never to separate again.
