I can transform people at will.

He quickly wrote down, "I can transform people at will and no one will notice the change unless I want them to."

As he finished writing it down, he leaned back on his chair and rubbed his hands with glee as he thought of all the change he could do to people. He thought of making small runts into muscular, giant hulks and arrogant jerks into lard filled blobs. He imagined making people go from 500ft giants to 5 inch runts. As he began to get lost into thought he decided to stop just thinking about what he could do and make it a reality.

He sat up straight and decided who to use his new power on would be...
