"Help with what? This is amazing what you can do, but what are you planning?" Charlotte asked incredulously.
"Well Char, I don't mean to be rude but... Have you ever considered WHY Luke left you?" Madeleine asked.
"Cause he's an asshole? I don't know. He said it just wasn't working out and was sorry but he had to leave, or some crap like that." Charlotte shrugged.
"Char... I think it's time you got a makeover. You've been letting your appearance slip ever since high school, and I think we can use this power to improve your image! Maybe Luke would start liking you again if he didn't see you as being this plain girl who doesn’t have much exciting things going on in her life." Madeleine said, trying to tread carefully.
But it wasn't careful enough.
"What do you mean plain?! Come on Maddy you act like you aren't in the same boat as me. We both live in the same neighborhood, and even went to the same high school. If I'm plain then so are you. I just wasn't blessed with your natural beauty that's all." Charlotte blurted out.
Madeleine didn't seem fazed however, "Come on Char… Think about it. It's not like I've always been this attractive."
"Sure you have… you were always the cuter one during school, and the guys never even noticed me when you were around. I thought maybe with Luke I'd have a better chance cause I was no longer by your side all the time, but turned out that bitch Rebekah was there instead, and he decided she was prettier no doubt!" Charlotte said.
"Charlotte… think again. Did you expect me not to have already used this power of mine? A slightly bigger boob size here, longer hair there, a bigger butt from someone else, and I quickly rewrote history to improve myself. With enough swaps I turned out pretty cute don't you think? Reality simply changed and you thought I'd always been like this." Madeleine said while she stood in a confident pose, showing off her amazing body and cute face.
Charlotte wasn't sure what to think anymore. Was Maddy just fucking with her? Or did Maddy really used to be a plain girl just like Charlotte and changed reality to become this way. It's not like she was supermodel attractive or anything, but Madeleine was definitely one of the prettier girls Charlotte knew. If she had used her powers to get this way, she must have decided to change to within a responsible range of normalcy. She could have easily gotten ridiculous H cup breasts and went overboard, but Maddy looked like a slightly above average cute girl next door… Charlotte may never know the truth however.
"Hey Earth to Char, so what do you think? How about we try this out on you?" Maddy said with a mischievous grin.
