The story here is of a meteor shower raining down on the Earth and releasing strange radiation and viruses across the planet...that, strangely, only effect women. The victims quickly gain weight...followed by a permanent transformation into an anthropomorphic animal and growing to gigantic size, sometimes hundreds of feet tall. These giant, chubby animal-women can still have children with human men, though said children can be either "pure" humans of either gender, or "pure" anthro girls. Their children's species is largely a wild card.
The mutations have been spreading uncontrollably for years, and soon gigantic plus-sized antho women will be the ones running the show.
Our protagonist is one of these women, though she has yet to transform. But that will soon change...
