Ashoka frantically pressed buttons and pulled the guidance stick, but nothing happened. She pounded the control panel, eventually flopping her head down out of frustration.
She was stranded.
'It's easy,' they said. 'Put yourself to use,' they said, Ashoka thought to herself. Why did she even agree to fly this ship full of... something out to some backwater planet? Sure, some senators kept droning on about how it was "vital to the war effort" and that it "needed the utmost security of a Jedi." Anakin was leading the 501st on a covert raid on a battle droid plant, while she was alone in the Outer Rim, probably somewhere near Hutt-controlled territory. And now she's trapped in a cargo ship with no escape pod. Damn space pirates.
Ashoka felt tears welling up in her eyes, wondering how she was going to die. Would the pirates come back and destroy the cockpit? Would the ship depressurize, sucking her into the chilling blackness of space? Would the oxygen converter break down and suffocate her? However, her morbid thoughts were dispersed by an audible rumbling of her stomach. She remembered that it had been most of a standard day without eating a bite, save a ration bar before she took off. Now where was that food store?
As Ashoka walked towards the canteen, she passed a door labeled "DO NOT OPEN: BIOHAZARD." Of course, all common sense would indicate that she should leave the door and continue, but the emergency 'oxygen levels decreasing' light was flashing above the door. If whatever was on the other side of that door depressurized from a hull breach, it could destroy the door and depressurize the entire cabin, killing her. On the other hand, it surely won't rupture in enough time for her to grab a snack...
