A Shocking Encounter

As you rummage through the tall grass you hit another encounter. A pale yellow girl that looks... too young to be in this game appears. She has yellow and black years and what looks like a black collar around her neck with pink dots beneath her cheeks. the pokedex confirms that its a pichu. Clearly the goal had to exclude baby pokemon... right? Either way it seems to be minding its own business. That being said an electric type would be helpful and Raichu could be a powerful team mate... and, as you saw previously, had a lot of potential. But who to weaken it. Tailow was timid but Caterpie was useless... Neither were ideal options.
