Amy wanted to be anywhere other than here, hell even here in the mall would be fine, as long as it wasn't with Bella, she had to cancel any plans she had with her friends to chaperon her little sister, it would be fine if her sister wasn't this massive nerd who had no interest in anything interesting the mall had to offer, just the video games shop, the arcade and the bookstore, among other such crap.
But in actuality, Bella had been happy to have her sister along for the ride, not because she valued her in any meaningful way, but because, thanks to her sister's annoying habit of playing strip games, she was often indecently dressed around any of Bella's friends, which meant that the already flat chested Bella was having any attention drawn from her on a regular basis, she had trouble making friends as it is, and Amy's flaunting of her still small breasts was not helping.
Thus Bella devised a plan, she would make an example out of her sister, humiliating her so badly she would stop playing games around her younger sister, and if that didn't work, well, at least Bella would get the satisfaction of dominating her older, prettier sister in a public fashion.
