This choice: Tanya spilled her drink onto Sally by accident. • Go Back...Chapter #5Tanya spilled her drink onto Sally by accident. by: Teraton Tanya shrieked as the thunder crashed, her hands fumbling her drink as her movie-addled nerves got a nasty shock. Sally shrieked as a deluge of sugary soda and freezing ice dropped on her from the couch she was lying in front of. The other two girls were slower to respond; Jen placing an arm around Tanya, and Amanda stifled a short giggle as she saw Sally's situation on the floor.
"Oh my god, Sally, I'm so sorry," Tanya started, carefully climbing off the couch and helping her now drenched host to her feet. Amanda sighed, getting off her chair, walking over to pause the movie and turn on the lights.
The drink had caught Sally square in the chest, and the way she sat up in reflex only helped the drink and ice cubes to slide down her cleavage into her dress. She felt drops pass down her stomach and she shivered. "No, it's cool, it's fine," she said, pushed Tanya's hand away as she went to dab at her friend's chest with a napkin. "I'm going to just... I need to clean myself off."
"Alright, cool," Amanda said, "We'll keep the movie paused until you get back!"
"Are you sure it's fine?" Tanya asked. Sally was annoyed, but any sort of anger passed as she saw how legitimately sorry Tanya looked.
"It's fine," Sally sighed, "just... make sure it doesn't stain the carpets, or something."
Tanya nodded, and Jen started dabbing at the floor with napkins as Sally walked to the bathroom, leaving a trail of tiny drips behind her.
-------------------------------
Sally let the hot water rush over her, steam rising as the sticky soda residue was washed away from her front. Her soggy dress lied in a heap on the floor, a harness with plastic fairy wings lying next to it, along with a strapless bra and pair of panties. She knew she was taking a while, but she figured it was better to be thorough than to let the soda form a sticky film on her body. Besides, those ice cubes had been really cold! The hot water was just the cure, and she didn't want to leave it quite yet.
She calmed down about Tanya quick; Sally was never one to hold grudges. The shower would take care of the soda on her, and the soda would wash out of the costume quickly enough. They'd all come here to cheer her up, so Sally felt bad for getting so annoyed with them. She'd have to apologize once she got out of the shower... whenever that would be.
She froze for a moment, thinking that she'd heard the door open, but when she looked past the curtain, there was no one else in the room. Sally laughed at herself. The movie was getting to her; the only other people in the house were her friends, and she'd locked the door... right? She brushed it off, resolving that she'd save getting scared for when she was back out there watching the movie with her friends.
That resolution not to get scared didn't last long when... indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
