Montana turns back to you shyly but warmly, "I don't know how you did it, how you sussed out the details of my project. Maybe I was careless and let some things slip out that you caught on to. The excitement must have gotten to me, working on this invention alone. You haven't told anyone about this have you?"
She's relieved when you shake your head. She slowly paces between the lab tables, tapping the transposer in her hands and nodding thoughtfully.
"Working by myself, there are some experiments I haven't, that I've been too afraid to try." She seems to be holding back and choosing words carefully. "It's easy to observe the test when you're the one behind the instruments, but it must be something else entirely to experience the changes yourself. But if you'll join me on the project," she smiles as you hang on eagerly, "we could do some of those tests."
