With his bladder empty, he happily continued to walk around the city flattening hundreds of people beneath his feet. Sometimes he picked up a few people and threw them in his mouth and was quick to send them into his stomach, ready to digest them and use their nutrients to fuel his enormous body, send and store excess nutrients in form of fat all around his body, but mostly into his belly and butt, process and store excess water in his bladder and push any unwanted excess nutrients or undigested bits into his large intestine, where, thanks to the intestinal mucus they form into a brown mass waiting to be released.
Many scared people ran inside buildings, but they were not safe from toddler’s playful nature as he kicked into a few buildings just for fun killing thousands of people in an instant and many more with the rubble. He sometimes tore a holes into the walls and roofs of some buildings and scooped terrified people who met their end in his stomach and diaper.
His diaper really started to stink because to the absorbed piss. The smell was bad from the outside, but from the inside it was beyond gross. Multiple people puked because of the horrible ammonia stench and almost constant shaking. A majority of them kept themselves in the “butt” section of the diaper as the front was soaked and the stench was the worst there.
In the outside world the toddler was playing with the city and enjoying himself, however then he felt pressure to build up in his intestine and he effortlessly just released a fart into his diaper. This caused people inside his diaper to panic even more as the stench got even worse, now mixed with another horrid stench of methane. The toddler didn’t pay much attention to his fart and continued to play and eat. Some people in the diaper however knew what comes after a toddler farts and the idea was unimaginably horrible as these were pre-poop farts.
Then a little while later the toddler felt pressure again and again and released more farts into already forgotten-by-him people in his diaper. But as more farts came he could feel a little different pressure in his bowels, it was poop.
So then, without a single care about tiny people or his privacy prepared himself and got into a half-squat position, stepping on multiple buildings and flattening them. People in his diaper, bombarded with his farts, already knew what was going to happen. Many tried to escape but to no avail, their destinies were sealed to be essentially a toddler’s baby powder.
When the toddler was ready, he started to push out his poop releasing more vulgar sounds, grunts and farts. Thanks to the limited amount of light coming inside the diaper people could see his anus open and then hear grunts from the outside until a head of poop could be seen. More *pooooofs and cracks could be heard as the poop crept out of his butthole.
“This isn’t happening!” People started to panic as more and more poop was coming out of his anus. At first it looked like poop was coming out slowly, but then it started to fall faster. When it hit the diaper people were freaking out, but what’s more, they could see human bones in it!
More and more poop was coming out and was quickly filling the diaper. Many unlucky people were trapped beneath the mass and those that were not beneath the mass, were smeared onto his buttcheeks along his poop. When the toddler finished almost the entire diaper was full with poop. Satisfied, he sighs and continues to terrify the people in the city.
