Appearance: He doesn't wear a diaper to begin with, as he's made of conjoined marshmallows. He wears a white sailor hat with a red ribbon attached on the top of it and blue hatband, around his neck is a blue traditional sailor's collar and a red neckerchief.
Powers: stomping, roaring, bashing and eating everything in sight.
City he terrorizes: New York City U.S.A.
Bio: No one knew he existed let alone learn of his origins but one thing's definitely for sure. He's the modern day stay puft marshmallow man of his nation. He terrorizes his city day in day out and nobody can stop this being. Since he's a giant kitten, he can be playful of course, but in reality he acts and behaves like his hero the original stay puft marshmallow man.
