Alter reality

He decides to alter the reality that is bestowed upon him just now. With just a simple thought in his brain, he was able to make himself speak fluent english and is now incredibly smart because of it. He was able to say "I can now have anything I want just by altering reality. So I figure what would I want to do with this new found power...." he wondered as he now starts to think about what he wants to do. Maybe he can make the entire world a toy, or make kids his size, but what does he decide to do?
