You landed on something cushiony, warm and... wet? No, the right word would be slippery, slimy. Whatever it is, it was hard to get your footing as the place seems to have life on its own. The moonlight from the corridors' windows was the only thing that allowed you to see, but it was now coming from behind you, as for what lies beyond the other direction was really dark but you could see the outlines of shapes with the little light you have.
