grabbing a the scissors from the nearby counter, very carefully you lay the large box on the floor. cutting the tape and through the middle, and open the box. looking in side, "what!", the thing inside was your heavily pregnant sister headless. and wearing little to no cloths, feeling your face turning red from the sight.

"where that letter?!" looking around and found it on the floor and opening it. and reading it,

Hi, Jake. this is mom we just wanted to say we miss you and love you. But sorry to put this burden on you, your sister was getting tired of having to carry around her twins all day and wanted to take a break from it. and well, let me first say that the females have a gift in our family, letting us take body parts off. But in your sisters case, when pregnant the power weakens to a point where only her head comes off. And she got tired of it fast, so me and my gullibility I gave her my body and set her body for you to take care off. I know that's a lot but it family, and don't worry about her babies. her pregnancy is pause until she wants to reattach her head.

Blinking, and feeling surprised by what your mom has side. putting down the letter and walking back to your sisters body, she was naked expect for the protecting bags covering her areas. getting down and reaching inside, you because surprised when her hand takes your and help herself up. getting out was hard, for you tried not to look at her.

when she was fully out she stood in front of you. and reach out and forced you to look, she was completely naked. it been a few months since you last saw her, her breasts were g cups and she had wide hips.

she then hugs you, and press her body against your. red in the face, you hug her back.
