As James is left alone with Audrey, he begins to worry she might be mean to him when instead she gives him a hug. "Oh James, It must have been scary being by yourself. Don't worry, your safe." She said in such a reassuring tone. James, in his child-like state was not only amazed that she was being nice but, also that she new what he was scared when he was alone. James' opinion of Audrey skyrocketed with just that simple reassurance. "Thanks Audrey." James said as he blushed a little.
"No prob, I going to watch Winx Club, want to watch with me?" Winx was one of the few super girly shows that Audrey watched but, after the previous exchange, the prospect of spending more time with Audrey had become more appealing.
"OK", James responded shyly. Audrey was surprised he agreed, expecting him to just say 'Ew, that's for girls' or something along those lines. The two sat down and Audrey turned up the volume as the intro began to play. The show was pretty girly but, having Audrey next to him gave James incentive to try and like and by the time second episode, he was engrossed. All though he had only swapped ages with the young girl, James was at an age again that made him easily impressionable and primed like new things.
By the time Mom had gotten back home, James had begun to look up to Audrey and her more girlish past times.
