Chapter #4The Pichu and the Raichu by: lolman The gentle breeze through the warm summer air was quite joyful to you and your large ears, small body and your almost non-existing neck. You needed this...it almost make going through that place one could call a forest. You really wish you never have to go back to that place.
From your sitting position, you look down at yourself, to make sure any damages to you are not lethal by any means. Of course, you can easily recognize yourself as a male Pichu, the young, yellow colored, baby Pokemon that is destined to evolve into your species icon, Pikachu...or at least you think it is. You've seen your evolved self many times when traveling through cities, so it must be true. Despite your looks, you've aged quite decently. Your skill in holding in electricity is not the best, but it is getting better as the seasons pass by. You hope that one day, you can store electricity without losing it all by being scared or surprised, it happens a lot. You lightly play with your toes, from the excitement from thinking about your goal.
Laying right beside you is your mentor, to put it lightly. You manage to cross paths with you, when a Slowking was just about to make a meal out of you. Luckily, she manage to zap the Slowking and get you out before you were digested. She felt sorry for you and your current position, that she joined you on your adventures, mainly as a back up if things get out of control. She is a Raichu, the orange colored, white bellied evolution of Pikachu, with a strong sense of adventure and mischief. She really likes to tease you anyway that she can, whether it's through eating you or using you as a living shield, she'll find one way or another to make you lose your built up energy. As of right now, she's looking into the sky with her usual 'adventure' grin, as her recent meal, a Poochyena, was digesting away with the usual, and unusually loud, grinding and gurgling noises.
You two have been sitting on this hilltop for an unknown amount of time...since you don't exactly grasped the concept of time, so you can say about a few minutes.
"Raichu..." You say, catching her attention. "So, are you finished with that yet, because we need to get going." You never liked staying in one place at a time, due to bad experiences.
With a roll to her side, she said "You can't rush digestion, little schmuck."
Yes, your nickname is schmuck...no, you don't know if that means anything.
For some reason, you feel aroused to her when her belly is full of a live squirming meal. You have an easier time restraining yourself from touching below your belt, when she is close by.
With a small huff, you said, "Well, when you are done, which way do we go?"
You and Raichu have been wondering around aimlessly for two years now, mainly for food or for training purposes. Asking that question seems pointless at this time, even you had to admit that.
Raichu shrugged, even she doesn't know. Or maybe, she just doesn't care. She tends to get lazy with her belly full of food. You looked around the area to see if there is something for you and her to explore. It seems that there is nothing but plains surrounding you, with no direct way of telling if there is city in a certain direction. There are a few harmless Pokemon roaming about as well. You simply point in a direction, completely trusting on your guts.
"Why not try there? Looks...adventurous...enough." You said, with a shrug on the final word.
Raichu stood up on her feet, and waddled towards you, probably to check where you were pointing. She came close enough that her belly was touching you. You can hear the Poochyena whining in her belly.
"Whatever..." Raichu said, immediately laying back down on her back.
You laid down beside her...you feel almost as lazy as her...minus the belly. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
