"...knock me up!"

Naruto stayed there stunned. Whatever Naruto expected to hear from her, that was the last thing he would expect of her to say to his face. Naruto pinched himself in case this was a dream, yet it wasn't.

"Excuse me?" He asked dumbly, before Sakura walked closer to Naruto. "I want you. To put a baby. In me." She said in a husky manner, making Naruto's eyes pop open in shock as Sakura moved her shirt up to show her midriff placed a hand on her stomach, then held out her hands to stimulate a pregnant belly. "To make me this big with your baby! Or possibly bigger!" She said gleefully, unaware of Naruto's panicked state.

'What the hell-dattebayo! What's up with Sakura?! It's like she stepped of my deepest wishes-' Naruto's train of thought briefly hit the emergency breaks. 'Of course, the wishing stone! Looks like it brought out my fantasy of having a family with Sakura.' He thought.

What happens now?
