It was a dark and stormy night (cliched beginning, I know, but roll with it, please). In a part of the world where only monsters lived, there was a lonely island on the ocean consisting of nothing but a lighthouse that shined a bright blue light among a sea that was bright red with pink clouds billowing through the sky and spewing lightning so powerful that it caused rocks to shatter. Swimming through the water was a rather gigantic and obese mermaid who resembled a dugong in body shape but with bright pink hair and a tattoo of a triangle on her face. The mermaid was chewing on a suspicious looking bone as she looked up at the night.
“Goodness sakes,” said the mermaid as she rubbed her enormous belly. “This storm is the worst we’ve had in years. I hope that Antala is doing okay. If memory serves, she’s starting her job as lighthouse keeper tonight.” Approaching the lighthouse was a rowboat that was 1/10th of the enormous mermaid’s size. The mermaid ducked underwater as the rowboat was approaching the lighthouse. Aboard this boat was a bright red-skinned and silver haired succubus with a voluptuous hourglass shape, gold cat-like eyes, sharp teeth and huge bat wings.
Her name was Antala and she was beginning her first night as lighthouse keeper. There was a bayside town of monsters in the area and they relied on the goods that were shipped from overseas. However, Antala was very nervous. She couldn’t handle the responsibility, especially because practically every night in the area was a stromy night. This night in particular was even stormier than usual. As Antala sailed towards the lighthouse, fish that were even bigger than the titanic mermaid she passed, swam under her and Antala screamed as one large spike-covered tentacle reached out of the water.
“Why did I sign up for this job?” asked Antala to herself. “The last lighthouse keeper has been missing for 6 months. He’s probably in the belly of a mermaid by now. The reason he went missing was because of that burning waterspout. How does water even catch on fire? Now, calm down, Antala. Maybe it won’t be...” Antala’s sentence was cut off by the sound of lightning that struck the water and caused a burned up squid to rise from the water as it coughed up several fish with human-like teeth into the succubus’s rowboat. Antala gulped and then she reached the island where the lighthouse was. As soon as she reached the lighthouse and stepped off of her rowboat, the boat dissolved and broke apart, causing Antala to turn around in fear.
Antala shivered. “The town had better pay me a fortune for this.” Antala ran into the lighthouse and then she saw the light was already on. “That’s strange,” she said. “Maybe the lightning kicked it on.” Antala walked forward but then the light started to flicker on and off. “What?!” yelled Antala. “No!” Antala flew to the beacon and pounded on the light until the bulb popped out. Antala screamed and grabbed the bulb so it wouldn’t break on the ground. The succubus let out a sigh of relief. But her relief was short-lived because at that moment, a large branch flew through the window and struck Antala. In the process, Antala’s grip on the bulb slipped and it fell into her mouth. The succubus gagged on the bulb and then accidentally swallowed it. “Oh no!” Antala screamed and fell to the floor.
The young succubus got up and let out a moan. She then let out a hic. “Oh no,” she said. “I swallowed the bulb. This is...” Suddenly, Antala’s belly glowed blue and started to expand. Antala grunted and then flew back to the beacon as her belly rumbled and swelled. In 30 seconds, Antala’s stomach was twice as big as she was tall and glowing bright blue. “That’s... never happened before.” Said Antala. As Antala was trying to figure out what happened, she heard a strange noise. The succubus flew to the window, her belly glowing bright as she saw the ship that was coming into the bay. It was....
