Antala had to fight back the urge to laugh. The gargoyle cops were going to search her house for the stolen gold and it was in her stomach. She patted her large belly as the police went to work with the search. "I can't believe that actually worked," the succubus thought to herself. "Stupid cops." After two hours, the police had almost finished the search.
"Damn," grumbled the red gargoyle to himself. "Looks like that witness didn't know what he was talking about. Cyclopses. I swear that an eye that big should've been able to pick up something." "Anything in the kitchen, Bill? She could be hiding it in the fridge." The blue gargoyle walked out carrying the gold press in one hand and a chicken leg in the other. The former made Antala very worried.
"What the heck is this?" asked the blue gargoyle. "That?" asked Antala nervously. "That's a meat grinder." "Doesn't look like any meat grinder I've ever seen." "It's a new model." The cop nodded his head and put down the press as Antala snatched it with her tail, glad that the police bought that lie, just as the red gargoyle was walking downstairs. "Looks like you're clean, Ms. Antala. I'm really sorry for the trouble."
Antala smiled innocently as a succubus could. "Everyone makes mistakes," she said. "Good luck catching that smuggler." Both cops left Antala's house. "Well that sucks," said the red one. "Wait'll I get that Summers. All we did was crank call a pregnant woman. I feel like a complete and utter jerk." "Don't beat yourself up," said the blue gargoyle. "I still say we have the wrong description. I'm telling you we're looking for a man." "Shut up."
Once the police were gone, Antala gave a smirk. "Looks like I won't be having any trouble with the cops for a while. Now to... oh dang." Antala held up her bloated stomach as the gold shook inside and she let out a groan. "I'll just have to cross this bridge when I get there. Now I've just got to meet the fence..."
