They find the remote after school, at Karie's

The two kids are walking down the sidewalk to Karie's house, chatting away about the anime they had been watching, Alan's eyes darting down to Karie's breasts as they walk through the door. She probably won't let him fool around, but maybe. Just maybe.

The idea is jarred out of his head when he hears Elena call out, “Hey, Karie. I'm a little busy, but you had a package show up! I put it in your room.” The older, and still pretty attractive, woman calls out from her office. She has her own business picking up used goods and turning them around online and she's pretty good at it.

“Thanks, Mom!” Karie calls out, smiling at Alan. “Alright, she'll probably be busy for a bit. Let's go see what I got.” She says, trying to remember what she might have ordered that had slipped her mind. Alan nods, calling out “Hey, Ms. F!” “Make yourself at home” echoing back in reply.

Karie sets her backpack down on her desk, Alan dropping his by the door as he walks to her bed, “What's this, Karie? Why did you get a remote?” he asks, a little confused as he picks up the box with it's odd little blurb.

“A remote? I didn't order a remote.” Karie says, moving over to look, swiping the box from Alan's grasp. “That's strange, but it's addressed to me.” Alan shrugs at that, “Well, open it up at least. It's a little heavy for just a remote.” With an “Alright” Karie opens the box, pulling out the device along with it's surprisingly thick manual. “I don't know, it just looks like a remote.”
