Your name was Rob and even though you weren't any older than Denise your resume dwarfed hers. You had graduated college completing your JD-MBA within only four years. From there you continued your education and became a Black Belt in Six Sigma and worked for a variety of companies helping them innovate and improve. The position you currently held was fairly below your talent level but it had come with a massive signing bonus and a promise that if you changed things for the better you would be rising through the ranks fairly quickly.
From the start though it was difficult. The office did not trust you as an outsider in fact some of the women in the predominantly female office were down right hostile! Denise, the 26 year old blond, constantly tried to knock your ideas down. In all honestly you couldn't blame her she was the hot stuff in the office before you waltzed in with your dual degrees and formal innovation training.
Dealing with Candice the receptionist was a pain too. Luckily there was more than one otherwise business would have been practically impossible! And then there was Jacinta who seemed to determine to get into your bed. She was pretty attractive but office romances could make your career dicey. The bastards in HR loved to side with women even if there was little evidence that the male had done anything wrong. You figure it was best to stay clear of romantic entanglements all together.
