Work for Helena (the janitor who hates you)

Not willing to give Denise the final satisfaction of being her personal bitch for the next six months you make your decision.
“I’ll work for Helena for three months.” You say with the enthusiasm of a man headed to the gallows.
Denise glares at you.
“Very well. Denise, get your desk packed up and start moving into the office at the end of the hall. We’ll discuss your new duties and pay later. Robert, stay here.”
Kim walks past you and out into the hallway, Denise lingers for a moment.
“This isn’t over Bobby. By the time I’m through with you, you’ll be begging to be my assistant.”
She leaves the room as well, allowing you a moment to stew in the juices of your decision. You had just volunteered to serve a mid-30s, Latina janitor who already hates you for two hours a day for the next three months. To top it off you’d have to be on your best behavior or else the janitor would get you fired!
After a few gut wrenching moments Kim walks back into the room with Helena and you can tell by the look on the janitors face that she's already been apprised of your punishment.
"I've already filled Helena in on your duties for the next three months Robert and she has agreed to take you on. She will also be judging you and writing a review of your performance every day and providing them to me. If at any time these performances dip in form, I will have no choice but to fire you. Is that understood?"
You can barely stomach that "cat who ate the canary smile" on the Latina's face but you answer. "Yes ma'am. I understand."
"Good, I really hope you can make this work Robert. I'm prepared to let this all be bygones if you can humble yourself here for a bit. Seeing as how the workday is basically over why don't you finish up whatever you have going on from the morning and then report to Helena's office."
"Yes ma'am." You walk with your head held low from Kim's office and make your way to your desk. You secure all your paperwork and laptop and take a deep breath. You're about to start a three month journey into hell but there's nothing you can do but face it head on and hope Helena takes pity on you.
As you walk past Candice's desk she calls out to you "Hey Bobby, make sure I can see my reflection in the surface of my desk tomorrow. I'll make sure Helena tells Kim if you don't."
Ugh...of course Denise would've told her bitch of a best friend already. Your face burns with embarrassment, knowing that the entire office will know your punishment by now, but you stay strong and walk out of the office towards your new, second job. You descend into the basement of the building to Helena's office (basically a cleaning closet) and see that she is standing there, waiting with a huge smile for you.
"Hello asshole. I heard you're my new bitch?"
"Look Helena, I know we haven't always gotten along but can you please not make this any harder than it has to be? I promise I'll work hard for you if you just keep it professional." You can't believe you have resorted to begging a cleaning lady to not refer to you as her "bitch".
