Mentally jolting yourself back to reality, you quickly put down Denise’s shoe, fighting back that sudden lustful urge from within.
It would’ve been easy, too easy to give in, to indulge in your fantasies.
But, it also would’ve been easy for anyone, especially the she-devil herself, to walk in on you practically giving her blackmail free of charge.
"I am not losing this fucking job because of this stupid shoe," you growled under your breath angrily, forcing yourself away from opening Pandora's shoebox.
Standing up, you cursed yourself for nearly giving in to a brief moment of weakness, but by the same token, applauded your surprising self-control.
But just to be safe, you looked over your shoulder to ensure that no one had caught you in the act of making a complete ass of yourself.
Finding nothing, you sighed in relief.
Crisis fucking averted.
Deciding to leave the near crime scene altogether, you hastily exited Denise’s office, electing to come back at a later time.
Still a bit paranoid nonetheless, you started to quicken your pace before remembering that you didn't get your new office location from Candice.
“Least I can forget about that little episode by having some fun with Candy,” you told yourself, heading back to the office lobby.
En route, however, you accidentally bumped into someone.
Turning around, you didn’t recognize the person’s face from behind, but you could at least tell it was female.
You started to ask if she was okay before the woman fully revealed herself to be….
