One thing led to another and you started talking about dad with Maggy.
"You know Dad doesn't like my boyfriend, Rick?"
"Why not?"
"I don't know, Rick is a great guy. If dad would spend some time with Rick and knew him like I did he would like him."
"Do you think so?"
"Yes, Rick is wonderful." This gave you an idea. It would effect the entire household but it would be fun. The first thing you did was to make Maggy believe that she was married to Ellen. They were man and wife and Doug was going out with Rick not her. Then you found dad and made Dad believe that he wasn't married to Ellen and the same as with Maggy you made Dad believe that he was dating Rick. Dad now feels for Rick the same as Maggy had. You found Mom and Willy and let them in on who was dating who.
When it was time for the date with Rick, Dad did as Maggy would have and made the boy wait. While he did that, you had plenty of time to put into Rick's mind who he was dating and who he was not.
