Someone has to be in charge and since you now had the power it would be you ultimately. But you decided to swap the roll of head of the household from your dad to your sister Maggy. You decided that nothing else would change although everyone in the house would know that Maggy had Dad's status within the family. Other than that nothing else would change.

"Maggy," you said to the new head of the house Maggy, "can Vienna stay overnight."

Maggy answered has her father would, "If it's OK with Mom it's OK with me."

"Thank you. I'm sure it'll be OK with her."
