Notes:

1. Don't know the number or title of when April actually became a Turtle Mutant

2. The one with the Archie characters as their opposite genders had Sabrina the Teenage Witch and her talking cat cast the spell

3. Don't know what year Jason became a girl in a (spoiler) dream. As for the transformation, you can remain it as a dream or have it happen in real life.
