Treecko (I forget the "C" most of the time)

"A novice Riolu, that's a rarity."

Damon here's a voice behind him and sees a Treecko laying in a tree.

"Who did you know I was a novice?" Damon asks curiously.

"Well for one, you tried to use Aura Sphere before learning Vacuum Wave, and second, you turned around to see me, letting me know that you didn't sense me earlier."

"Oh, how do you know this?"

"Hold on now. At least tell me some something about you before we continue this conversation."

"Okay, what do you want to know?"

"Your name would be a good place to start."

Damon looks embarrassed. "oh right. My name is Damon."

Treecko extends his hand. "Leaf." They shake hands.

"So Leaf, that else do you want to know about me."

"I want to know your life's story, however, don't explain the mundane."

"Okay." Damon explains thinks to Leaf, going over his upbringing and unexpected transformation. Leaf listens intensely thinking of ways to help his new buddy.

"Alright, now I see the problem."

"Okay, what is it?"

"You're Human."

Damon is slightly annoyed at Leaf's blatant statement. "And that's a problem because..."

"Humans don't naturally practice aura. Riolu before they hatch sense the environment around them. Constantly honing their skills so when their shells open, they will be ready for anything that comes there way."

Treecko looks up at the sky. "I still have time."

"Time for what?" Damon asks.

"Scavenging." Leaf responds. He walks over to the tree he was laying in and picks up a backpack that was behind him. (How did I not notice that?) Damon wonders while following behind him.

"Hey, when you are done, can you help me?"

Leaf turns around. "With what?"
