"An Invisibility spell?" Pete looked at his sister in confusion, "Out of all the made up witch things you could have come up with, you chose invisibility?"
"Pete, I can't wait to see your face when I prove to you that I'm telling the truth," Emily smiled, "But then again, you'll be invisible, so how would I know? Invisibility is probably the simplest spell that I can cast, so there's no way I could mess it up. Let's look at this as a warm up before any difficult spells."
"Whatever," Pete sighed, losing interest in his sister's little game, "So how are you gonna make me disappear Emily? Sprinkle fairy dust on my head?"
"Well seeing as this spell is pretty rudimentary, I don't need to do much at all," Emily simply said, "All I need is a sample of your skin,"
"Well I don't think..." Pete was about say more, but was interrupted as his sister quickly scratched his arm, "Emily! What the hell?"
"I said I needed a skin sample," Emily innocently shrugged, and looked closely as the finger she used to scratch her brother, "This seems good enough. Alright, stay still as I cast the spell," Pete begrudgingly did as he was told as his sister took a deep breath. She then placed her scratching finger in front of her mouth, like she was shushing someone. With an unexpected burst of sound, Emily bellowed out "Sedem per appellationem!". Pete looked at his sister wide eyed, as her eyes turned a shade of bright green once her magical words were spoken. Pete was going to mention his concerns on the matter, but as soon as his sister's eyes had begun to shine, they returned to their normal state. It happened so fast, that Pete was unsure he had even seen it in the first place. But besides his sister's freaky eye situation, the only thing Pete could tell had happened was his sister shouting like a maniac. To his knowledge, no magic had occurred and his time had been wasted.
"Way to go Emily," Pete sarcastically said, "Nothing happened, magic lady. Can I go now?"
"Are you sure nothing happened?" Emily smirked, as she picked up a mirror, "Maybe you should take a closer look,"
"Alright, if this will satisfy you..." Pete's witty response was cut short, as he looked into the mirror and saw nothing. Well not nothing, to be exact. He did see a T-shirt, a pair of jeans, and a pair of socks. Only thing was that they were floating in midair. It looked like a ghost had decided to put on the clothes Pete was wearing that day and got caught walking around the house. But Pete knew that wasn't the case. His sister had somehow managed to make him invisible.
"Jesus, Emily!" Pete was blown away and he looked down at his hands, only to see nothing, "How did you do this?"
"With magic, you doofus, "Emily laughed at her befuddled brother, "You know, the thing I've been talking about this whole time. I'm a witch, and I used magic to make you invisible. Get with the program, Pete,"
"Well can you un-magic this?" Pete asked, "This is freaking me out,"
"Well," Emily looked at the set of teenage boys clothes, "I would love to but...
