Lucy Dawson was walking by a pet head clinic once and decided to visit some pet heads. One thing about pet heads is that they tend to love the company of others and Lucy visits them sometimes like all the kids in town. She has considered in becoming a pet head because she thinks life is easier to be one. Visiting the clinic would give her that good feeling. Though she prefers that her body goes to someone she can trust. Until she finds that certain someone, she's keeping her body. However, today was that day.
Lucy found two particular heads that seems to interest her as she blushed. The woman finds the heads to be beautiful, but reminds her of herself. There was a red hair pet head who's scarlet hair was loose, but kept smooth and neat. Her eyes were of a tiger, but her beauty was of a cat. The other pet head was a girl with long blue twin tails who looked nervous and scared. She had ribbons holding her twin tails which make her look childish. The red haired pet head looks as if she is trying to calm the blue haired girl down.
The two heads stop bickering when they saw Lucy walk by. The red haired pet head looked up to Lucy with confidence while the blue haired head whimpers.
"Hello, my name is Lizzy. The head next to me is Penny." said the red haired pet head.
"Uh, Lizzy, I think I can tell her my name." added the blue haired pet head.
"I'm so sorry Penny. I thought I was helping." said Lizzy.
"I... thanks anyways." said Penny who looked nervous.
"Aw, you two are so cute together." said Lucy.
"Thank you." said Lizzy.
"Thank you very much." said Penny.
"My name is Lucy and now I'm considering in adopting you both." said the blond girl.
"Really?" asked Penny.
"Ah huh, you two remind me of who I wanted to be. I wanted to be as sweet and kind as Penny, but confidant as Lizzy. Just seeing you to together reminds me of what I want to be." said Lucy, "Wait, I know! How about you two have my body while I'll be a pet head. I always wanted to be one and you two can take care of me. You two will also be the me that I always wanted while I get to watch."
"A body? Thank you so much Lucy! I haven't had a body for seven years after volunteering for the Pet Head Project to support my family!" cried Lizzy, "I'll promise to take extra good care of you to show you my gratitude."
"I just got rid of mine. Though it would be interesting to share a body." said Penny.

After the surgery, Lucy no longer has a body. She was a floating pet head who sort of loses control of her new ability to float. However she was caught by her old hands. Lucy faced her new owners of her old body which turns out to be Lizzy and Penny attached to it. Penny has the left side while Lizzy has the right.
"I still got a lot to learn." said Lucy.
"Don't worry, I had trouble in my first time too." said Penny.
"I'll make sure that you'll float freely soon." said Lizzy.
So the two headed woman and their new pet head goes to teach the pet head how to float...
