We continue this chapter with Kathryn's family being murmured one by one, every guard has tried their best but they were no match for the Henchmen's magic and magic weapons. In the room, Margaret begins speaking to her husband "Where's our daughter Kristoff," Kristoff replied. "I don't know, she ran off earlier today, I didn't mean to scare her off," he says. "It's okay honey, I knew she'll never leave us behind, but I'm glad she is safe from this," She says. Then the door exploded with magic by Garon, Kristoff lifted his sword in combat, and Garon entered the room holding a bloody helmet. "My My, whatever happened to your army?" he says with an evil smile. "Garon, End this now or face my vengeance," Kristoff says. "Why, the battle is just getting started," Garon pulled out his sword, and the 2 men entered into combat, Kristoff was a better fighter so he had a higher chance, but Garon was no slouch, he used his magic to distract Kristoff giving him the chance to strike, he then stabs the king with his sword,
"Noo," Margaret says. "I love you," Kristoff says as he dies from the injuries. Garon pulls out his sword from the king's corpse and points it to Margaret. "Goodbye my queen, I'm sure this would've turned out differently,"
he said. All of a sudden the ground begins to shake with a giant tremor, "what was that," he says. then they heard booms coming from far away, boom...boom. We then see a giant foot crushing an old house, The henchmen turn up and look afraid. Kathryn has arrived, she looks around to see her village destroyed and burning, with bodies lying on the floor, and blood. Kathryn looked at the henchmen who looked like pests to her and said, "You'll pay for this you monsters," Kathryn began walking to the castle destroying things in her path, the henchmen used their magic but it had no effect. Kathryn gets down and smashes them with her wrist, she picks up a few and eats them to savior her hunger, then she feels a powerful magic blast causing her to stumble, "I'm not gonna fall giant, but you will," Garon says. Kathryn then grabs Garon and says. "you took my family and my people, this will be your punishment," she says as she puts Garon in the mouth and eats him.
Relief that the enemy is defeated, Kathryn uses her hand to destroy bits of the castle in hopes of finding her dying mother, she carries her too. her bed and gets a close look, Margaret opens her eyes and smiles at her giant daughter, "Kathryn, you came back," she says. "I'm so sorry," the princess says. "It's not your fault sweetie, thank you for saving us, you have brought peace and justice to our people and us, thank you, I love you, my giant Princess," Margaret says as she dies peacefully. Kathryn mourns her family's death and the people she cared about, the next day, Kathryn digs a hole with her giant hand and buries her mother in front of the entrance.
Kathryn Begins heading back to the forest to where she will sleep, she finds a secret opening in the mountains and enters the hidden cave, in the cave is paradise, sparkling water, trees, and fruit for her size. Kathryn confirms that she will hide from the outside world until she's been called. She showers herself and her dress, eats some fruit, and uses the equipment to build a bed.(Present day) John and his alien friends were studying the lands of the Mystery forest, "So this is where the legend started," Gage said. "Indeed Friend, The princess must be dead at this point, no news about her has come since the battle at Weilders Cage," "Does the World know," Allen says. "They heard about the rumor, but they don't know the real story behind it, but despite that, it still frightens them," John says. He then receives a call from his brother Grayson telling him. "Hey Bro, Mom is running out of food supplies, she is asking if you can come home and provide more supplies," he said.
"Alright little bro, I'll be there short, John out, Alright boys, it's time to go," John says. The trio entered the ship and fled back home. then the rocks in the mountains begin to shake, a large hand bursts out of the hidden entrance, and another, the first giant Kathryn has emerged from her home prison after being asleep for around 300 years. Kathryn gets up rubs off the dirtiness dust in her dress and yawns. "what a day," she turns to see the forest, not being filled with the spirits she used to remember.
Kathryn then takes a look at her kingdom, but it is not there, instead, there are just trees, "Oh right it's gone," she says sadly. The former princess then hears voices of people playing, "they sound like, Children," she says. Kathryn begins walking causing tremors with her giant feet, she gets close enough to see parents and kids having fun. "What are these weird clothes they're wearing?" she says. Kathryn then decides to sneak up using the hills to her advantage. She then spots a teenage couple hiking in her direction, she grabs the couple causing them to panic. "Don't be afraid, I'm just going to ask one question, what year is this?" she says. "November 15th, 2024," the young girl reveals, Kathryn was shocked, she told them not to talk about her and they agree. She placed them down and they ran off. We end this chapter with Kathryn sitting on the rocky hills looking at the camping site. She then begins to sense something, something that she didn't expect for the past centuries, "another person like me?" she says.
